Risk or Regret?

Posted on March 26, 2015February 19, 2016 by TrentTribe in Essential Oils

Today marks TWO YEARS since I started this journey with essential oils! It sure doesn't seem like two years ago that my friend and enroller Spring Esteppe called me up late in the evening and said, "Just get a kit already."  (I had only been "thinking" about it for 6 months.  She is a patient friend.)  So … Continue reading Risk or Regret? →

Oil Pulling: What I know.

Posted on February 23, 2015February 21, 2019 by TrentTribe in Essential Oils

Been hearing about oil pulling?  When I first heard about it, it sounded too good to be true.  So why not try it and see for myself, right?  After doing it one time, I was hooked.   My teeth seemed whiter and cleaner immediately.  It’s crazy. When the New Year is fresh, we make promises and plans. We set goals. As we should! A New Year is an exciting time!
Spent a lovely lunch hour with @latoyarobinson141 at @victory_nutrition for a brand new book club featuring the book, the Wellness Project. We discussed our own health journeys and wellness goals. It’s not too late to join us each Friday from 12-1. You don’t have to have a book. It doesn’t matter where you are in your own wellness project. You just have to desire to join the conversation. Latoya is a fabulous host. She made a delicious salmon spinach bowl, fresh fruit, and of course I enjoyed a loaded tea (Strawberry Orange). ❤️❤️❤️
So many of us struggle with supporting how the body responds to glucose especially as we age. 🎢
It is 11 years since the best New Year’s Eve of my life!
Dearhearts, if you go to church on Christmas, go to church all year. if you count your blessings on Christmas, count your blessings all year. If we feel compelled during this season, let us be compelled further in January, April, and July. May our hearts be reconditioned everyday. May we keep that feeling, that spirit all year. Our need for that tiny baby does not change in October. Our need for the precious gift of joy and salvation born in a manger is just as great in June as it is December 25.
From our family to yours, wishing you a very merry Christmas! ❤️❤️❤️ May you be warm and safe, dear loved ones. May the New Year bring abundant peace and joy.
