Weapons of Mass Distraction

We are bombarded with distractions daily.  Distractions prevent us from focusing on what matters.  Refocusing after a distraction is estimated to be anywhere between 3 and 21 minutes.  We are losing a lot of time to unnecessary interruptions.  Distractions make us feel empty and nonproductive.  They leave us feeling like our time was wasted and nothing was accomplished.  Spending time on our priorities makes us feel fulfilled.  Get into the habit of asking yourself, does this support the life I am trying to create?
